ReThink Tech Foundation (RTF) is committed to empowering the next generation with digital skills by establishing ICT labs in public schools across Liberia. Through strategic partnerships with elementary, junior, and senior high schools, we aim to create a sustainable and impactful digital learning environment. We are inviting public schools to partner with us in setting up ICT labs to equip students and teachers with essential digital literacy skills and technology training.

Eligibility Criteria for Schools

To be considered for this partnership, schools must meet the following conditions:

  • Provide a Dedicated ICT Lab Space – A secure, well-ventilated room with proper lighting.

  • Ensure Basic Infrastructure – Furniture (desks, chairs), electrical outlets, and internet access (if available).

  • Appoint IT Instructors – Schools must assign trained personnel to manage the lab and participate in training programs.

  • Commit to Security & Maintenance – Schools must ensure lab security and upkeep.

Only schools that meet the selection criteria will be shortlisted for partnership.

Terms of Reference (TOR) & Partnership Agreement

ReThink Tech Foundation’s Responsibilities:

📦 Donate IT Equipment – Laptops, desktops, monitors, keyboards, and other essential accessories.
👩‍🏫 Train Educators – Provide training and professional development for ICT instructors.
📚 Develop Curriculum & Training Materials – Offer structured learning content.
🔍 Monitor and Support Schools – Conduct evaluations and recommend improvements.
⚙️ Provide Maintenance Support – Assist in repairs and replacements.

School’s Responsibilities:

🏫 Provide a Functional ICT Lab Space – Ensure a secure, well-equipped room.
🛠 Maintain IT Equipment – Keep the lab organized and operational.
👨‍🏫 Appoint Trained Instructors – Ensure students receive quality ICT education.
🔐 Ensure Lab Security – Prevent theft and unauthorized access.​
